My experience with a kitchen installation in Livingston

I noticed my quooker tap acting up one weekend morning and decided I needed a proper fix fast, especially after a small leak turned into a bigger issue.

It happened right after a visit to Livingston Designer Outlet, and I remember thinking how inconvenient it was to come home to a kitchen problem. Living in this part of West Lothian, I needed something reliable without too much delay.

I first heard about the service through a quick online search, and after browsing a bit, JRW Kitchens stood out in a fairly reassuring way. I sent a few quick snaps of the issue and got a quick response. Booking was straightforward, and I appreciated not having quooker flex tap to chase anything.

On the day, the technician arrived on time and got straight to work. He began with a thorough clean of the area before moving on to light sanding to smooth things out. There was a small section that needed filler, which he applied neatly. What impressed me was the effort in blending the colour, as it didn’t look patched at all. The blending process was done with real care, and after that, everything was polished to a clean shine. Throughout, he explained things in a clear way, which made the whole experience feel comfortable. There was no rush, but it also didn’t drag on, which I appreciated.

By the end, the repaired area looked almost new, and the issue that had been bothering me was completely gone. I liked the simplicity of having everything handled at home, and the turnaround was quick. That said, it felt best suited for small repairs rather than major overhauls. Still, for what I needed, it worked out just right, and I’ve had no problems since.
